Sunbelt Transportation and Local Points of Intertest
With some of the first athletic competitions less than a month away now seems a good time to post.

Anyone with a link can edit. Please update as needed. Most of this can be found on the internet without extensive searching, but sometimes a local in the know can offer better suggestions compared to internet searches, especially local POIs.

RE: Sunbelt Transportation and Local Points of Intertest
Neat idea. I sort of catalog every trip I've done before so I can go back to it and remember some favorite spots to eat and drink, especially :)

If anyone goes to Idaho, the flights into Spokane are reasonable. Stayed in Spokane for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn right at the airport. 15 second drive from the rental car lot. Had I known that it was so close I would have waited until the next morning to get the rental. There is a very good restaurant called Longhorn Barbecue on US Hwy 2 right there that had fantastic breakfast. Don't know about their other meals but it was delicious.

Short drive over to Coeur d'Alene and not all that far ultimately to Moscow. Leaving Spokane it was a scenic drive ... had driven to Lewiston to meet up w/ the team and entourage, but that part of that drive toward Moscow is what I would envision an astronaut feels, driving a lunar rover on the moon :)

Feel free to edit and place those suggestions in the Idaho area. Everyone with the link has editing abilities.

I need to input information about SB championships and football bowl games for this academic year but anyone with the link can edit so feel free to add information about the areas you know about.

With a bit of digging most of this can be found on the internet but having a local connection can add some options that may be not so obvious or thought much about.

I did the women's. Some of the hosts not listed.

W Tennis and all T&F not up yet. XCountry is, though.

I'll try to do the men's tomorrow.

All championships added except men's golf; which has not been determined yet.

A lot of SBC sponsored championships this academic year. Most of them easier trips for the western schools.

I need to go in and delete the schools no longer connected to the SB and add the new MSOC school of Central Arkansas. There is a bit of editing to do, but less now that you helped. Thanks.
