If you need a good laugh go read the "Future of CUSA" thread over on their board. It's a whoooole lot of fussin' and feudin'.

Ideas ranging from realignment with the Sunbelt (remember when they treated us like the smelly kids), to marooning programs on independent island, to booting Marshall (ha!), to creating a CUSA streaming network from scratch. Meanwhile the general mood of this board is copacetic.

I'll admit I wanted App and Ga Southern in CUSA a few years ago...glad we dodged that dumpster fire.

Booting Marshall??? I think I've found what would get me back to wanting 12 teams in the Sun Belt.

I'm sure we could have an emergency meeting of the Presidents to add Marshall asap. They've lost their mind over there.

Yes I remember when CUSA was the golden goose of moving up. It was them or not move up for many. My how things have changed. I would be open to a regional realignment. Neither conference would be affected much at this point both have solid and struggling teams. If it meant travel savings and higher attendance I am good with it.
