nope sorry but NIU are MAC CHAMPIONS BABY!!!!!
snoopy was pretty negative when it looked bad in the 2nd-3rd qtrs. Can you blame him? We all wanted it pretty badly. Just don't like the negative comments about coaches or players. Doeren might not be the best coach, but he has a great attitude even when his players made dumb mistakes.

RE: Game Thread
I did post a critic that it seemed that the team was not focused and ready to play in the first half. That is part of the job of the coaches.
I give kudos to the staff and the team for sticking with it and not \getting down....Most of us were in disbelief during that first half. What a comeback effort....

It sounded like they were basically going to try to take Harnish out of it, which to me meant stopping the run and forcing us to throw. Looked like early in the game we were trying to run into the teeth of that and it wasn't working. I thought we would throw more on 1st down early on but we didn't.

The first half was disgusting. I had no hope and was in complete disbelief from what i was watching. Then when Doeren punted late in the game I had to walk away from the tv. I'm not gonna lie, I was about to turn the game off after the punt but Jimmie Ward kept me in the game.

The Ohio coaching staff second half was miserable. Great job by NIU's defensive staff, but gotta give a big thanks to Solich and co.

RE: Game Thread
We just got back to my son's in Chicago a couple of hours ago. What an experience yesterday was! Our first trip to the MACC was so worth it.

While we were at Ford Field - during the second half - all I kept thinking was what the game thread must look like. Gloom & doom. Except for Huskie 359.

Few words ....but so positive. BELIEVE. I place my vote here and now for Huskie359 as positive fan of the season. Way to go!
