What about with 1:38 left?

We gone. We lost.

Big win for the Broncos.... If we could knock off Kent St. we are right back in the thick of things especially with Akron heating up in the east

Very important game.

Only two road games left, and they're both winnable. This game was critical. Whit's ankle is big. Need him healthy by Monday.

Other scores around the conference

Buff 69
Ohio 76

Ball St 83
Toledo 62

Akron 89
BGSU 54

WIth the buff and BGSU losses, that puts us alone in second right? (Answer: No, I forgot about Miami)

Wow, WKZO must have a chimpanzee producing this show. In the middle of Hawk's coaches show they cut to a commercial.

No - they have a 10 second delay. Hawk prolly said something bad about bronco5 so they had to cut it to break.

No, he came in and played some after he rolled his ankle. I think he is going to be just fine, although ChipDip has a point about letting him rest against Illinois State. Hopefully Drexel really takes it to Kent, I want the flashes to be good and tired on monday

Yes, because the division leaders automatically get the two seeds.

I was talking about getting the regular season championship and that bid to the NIT (In which case we are in Third), but Miami and Kent play eachother tommorrow, if the redhawks can come away with the win that would be huge for us.

I think Hawk should start Pokely, Ed Thomas, Nick Stapert, Dan Loney, and Caleb Dean against ISU. Play them the whole game.

That could be a rhythm killer and disrupt any learning progress this young group has made this year. Getting gimmicky just because it's an OOC game would surely have unintended consequences.

NBA squads struggle with that thinking, these are kids. You watch the "big time" programs when they play their mid season made for tv games, those coaches say exactly the same thing, that they have to treat it as a game that matters.

I think prepare and play this like a regular game, not react put of fear. I don't think Flen needs to see the floor, but our player rotation should be close to a MAC game. Too much is happenng to get cute right now.

I say start out normal guys, and let them be as aggressive as they want. Drive to the hole every time; defend ferociously; foul out.
