RE: Sam Hurd Celebration Penalty
the NFL needs to focus on people getting their head taken off not people being too happy for having scored. ugh, i HATE celebration penalties. The nfl is a performance, for god sake!!!

Are we sure he wasn't doing the Huskie hand sign, not the horns? They would look alike to the untrained eye.

Did anyone else notice (was actually pointed out in the monday night pregame) that he was doing the "I love you" 3 fingered symbol in a weak attempt at the texas horns...hilarious!

Too funny that this was posted. My buddy in Jacksonville just emailed me and said some guys on the radio down there were talking about it. One said he was representing his school. My buddy called the station and told them he went to NIU.

wtf

Hurd is from texas, so maybe he was a horns fan before he was a huskie?

RE: Sam Hurd Celebration Penalty
I'm going with my theory that he was doing a Huskie hand sign until I see a clear picture.

You know the one- middle and ring fingers meet the thumb at a point while the pointer and pinky stick up.

It would look like the horns- but the horns would have the thumb holding down the middle and ring fingers while the extended fingers reach to the sides.

Both Hurd and Doug Free were featured on the "C'mon Man" pre-game of Monday night football last night. Free remained in his stance while Jared Allen ran around him to hit Romo.
