Softball - Conference RPI
From warrennolan.com

Sun Belt is the highest rated non-Big Six conference. Looks like there could be 2-3 softball teams in the postseason. ULL will most likely have a strong season and get a bid. Troy has a really good RPI along with a great record at the moment. If WKU finishes the season strong, they too have a good chance. WKU's series win over ULL might wind up helping them out.

RE: Softball - Conference RPI
Our 3rd game against FIU was on local TV today and the commentators were talking about how much the Sun Belt has improved in the last couple years. We have consistently been in the top 20 in the RPI, but other SBC schools are starting to move up each year, with a couple cracking the top 50 and more cracking the top 100. This makes for more parity in the league (see WKU beating UL 2-1, FIU winning a game this weekend in Lafayette). It used to be that if we lost one in a season, it was a HUGE disappointment.

Now basketball and football need to follow in baseball's and softball's footsteps and be one of the best league's in the nation in those sports.

RE: Softball - Conference RPI
Basketball would be easier to do that than football.
