Jones doesn't make that many people miss. He's slow, just good at the little things that make him decent, catches out of the back field, good pass blocker. Those kind of things make him good to have, his running ability is nothing special. Any year you could find an FA who can run as well as Thomas Jones.

Those days will return, my friend. We may not win many MAC titles, but as long as Joe is here, the run is our game. We recruit for it and have been successful with running backs. The great runs will return to Huskie Stadium...maybe even this year with the maturation of Justin Anderson.
