Interesting hire. I thought they might be able to get someone more high-profiled, but hopefully he can turn things back around.

wasn't he the defensive coordinator on the 49ers? They didn't exactly have a great defense.

Jim Mora Jr. is a very respectable coach, you cant judge an assitant coach on one year, they werent really that bad this year and last season they had the 8th ranked defense in football. You got yourselves a good coach. He should be successful.

I believe he was the niners second choice behind Erickson to replace Marriucci, and if you ask me they probably should have went with Mora.

I would quite agree that Erickson might possibly be the worst head coach in football right now.

Well, I hope you're right Terpy. Maybe he can be the next John Fox or Marvin Lewis.
