KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Bronco fans are invited to get a first look at the 2007 Western Michigan University football team at the annual 2007 Spring Football Game this Saturday, April 14 at noon!

The traditional Brown & Gold teams will face off against each other in the final action of the spring season. Admission is free and fans are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission by the Bronco football program.

Following the game, the Bronco football coaches and players will be available on the field for autographs. Fans will be able to drop off food donations at the four main gates - Gates 1, 2, 4 and 7.

Fans will also have the chance to win 2007 season tickets by registering at the gates. Four pairs of season tickets will be given away to selected fans attending the spring game.

Any chance this game will be moved to the Seelye Center because of the weather? I almost think that the university would have a higher attendance if they advertised this (although the spring game is clearly not about making money).

Love the idea of the autographs and fan-player interaction after the game. Gets both groups fired up.

The weather looks like it is going to suck for saturday. It will probably hurt attendance. It will make it hard on me to sit out in the cold. I am planning on giving it a shot but if it starts to snow again I don't think I will be able to make it. Either way we need some good reports on the game.

^ If you go, make sure you don't get your skirt wrinkled at the game.

I can't believe the "ruffled skirt" comments by you guys.

It's FRICKIN APRIL 12th. We should be out playing golf, driving over to Root Beer Stand, taking a good sunny afternoon jog, making a morning drive to Warren Dunes State Park, and waiting for the Taste of Kalamazoo to come around.

When Oct/Nov roll around I'll be ok sitting in snow with a Bronco poncho on, rooting on the gridiron gang to victory. Until then, I'm willing to sacrafice my maniless for some f-in 80 degree weather and girls in bikinis.
