Any link to something that says he signed?

I can't read the rivals article. Until I have a real reason to sign up for a rivals site, I'm not going to register with rivals just to read an article.

Do you have any other info on this kid?

Looks like a kid who a few offers and then couldn't make decision and got stuck at the end.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Arnheim said in a Jan. 11 update that he was looking forward to visiting Iowa State and he was at least tentatively scheduled to do so the following weekend. But there was no trip then, either. Arnheim said at that time that he had received fresh offers from ISU, Arizona State and Florida Atlantic to go with previous offers from Middle Tennessee State and Southern Miss.
