Just how poised is Dan Nicholson doing what Haldi couldn't do?

Just how grown up are the freshmen? Most all of them - Phil Brown, Nicholson, English, Allen, McCarthy, Rice, Pruitt, - made a big play during the game and came through when it counted. WOW I like the future NIU squads.
The gas is in the car and the fingers crossed, we are going to the MACC in Detroit! YES!

The kids did it!

I'm almost afraid to go to sleep and wake up to find it was only a dream.

There is more work to be done. Let's hope Huskies don't get filled with themselves and fizzle just like the Rockets did tonite.

Shame on me. I had emailed my daughter in CA. at 5pm and had her convinced that attending the WMU game together next week would likely be dull and lonely.

SO many huge plays....SO many situations where we could have folded....just like in other past UT games .....It's freakin amazing. NIU played better and tougher than Rockets. DanN bested the invincible Gradk. We earned and deserved the win.

Channels 2,5, and 7 all replayed Wolfe's long TD run.

Sure glad Joe looked into Wolfe's eye and saw what he needed !
His perfomance tonite at less than 100% also puts and end to alot of SH!T endured from a few rocket fans here who minimized his importance to us this year and last.

Glad to learn the NIU band made the trek to Toledildo.
Having a Glass House empty of UT fans didn't hurt NIU. Wussies.

Didn't seem like TomA was as gracious afterwards as JoeN always is with opposing coach- Win or Lose. I barely saw a handshake or many words spoken by TomA.
