nfldraftblitz.com is posting daily evaluations of practices at the Senior Bowl. Here is one of their segments:

2. Best running back - Julius Jones was the best running back in my opinion on the day. I think his quick decision making is what sets him apart. There are some who feel over the two day period that Michael Turner may be the man. He does not have the speed but he just keeps his legs moving and is a load to bring down. Watching Michael Turner to me is like climbing in a time machine going back 15 years and watching a young Gerald Riggs run.

Well, you did it...you finally managed to find about the first positive review of him so far. Everything I have read so far has not been very flattering saying that he is too short, he does not run pass patterns well, he does not have an explosive first step, he can't run inside, etc.

But they seem to be pretty hard on all these guys from what I can tell by focusing on all the negatives and very little on the positives.

I think some of those criticisms seem a little incredulous--Too slow, too short, can't run inside. It does sound like they are being a little hard on him to see what he's made of.
