I'm wondering if the guy who I occasionally sat near in Evans east end zone is remembering the conversation below. (Like with football games, I preferred to roam the building and rarely sat in "my reserved seat" Evans offered alot of unique angles from which to watch the action. AND NO, I'm not wanting to go backwards re: which is better for veiwing and "atmosphere" : Convo or Evans)

He ripped Buffalo for being a hopeless anchor on MAC , and Bulls should never have been invited to join. I took a somewhat different long term view.

I'm going with Joe's insights. They may be a sleeping giant slowly awakening, Last nite they beat Kent State.

My reasoning is that there must be alot of talent in the area not going to play for schools like 'Cuse, Prividence, etc but good enuff to be playing midmajor bball and football at Buffalo. Who are their recruiting rivals in their backyard for MAC level talent?

That could have been anyone.

As for who they recruit, if I remember correctly they didn't have many NY kids on the team. I will check at some point.
