i own a small food establishment in Dowtown LaGrange, and UIUC's QB Jon Beurtjer randomly stopped in today for a bite to eat.

I gave him a hard time cause he didn't transfer to NIU after Iowa - He said Duffy was is high school teammate, but he was pretty much set on going to UIUC, and how it's been a great fit.

He said we had a good program, and he noted how great the ex-NIU coaches are doing at UIUC.

All in all, he was a very cordial guy and had good things to say about NIU....

his uncle was my study hall teacher in high school, he told me he should have never went to iowa in the first place.

Turner's turning UIUC into NIU-South. Seems HIS plan isn't working too well.
