The guy is amazing. He has been one of my favorites for awhile now.

To think that this is a down year by his standards and he will still probably finish top 5 in the MVP.

Delivered one of the most memorable performances ever tonight.

I was watchin it with my pops, and we both were kinda too emotional to really talk much. But as the half ended my dad looked at me and said three words. "Damn, he's good." WE both laughed and I realized how tough it would be to lose my pops. Great game by Favre, I wish him the best.

Where does Favre rank in the Top 5 of all time QB's?

- marshallisqbu - 12-23-2003 01:18 PM

I'd say top 3
montana and unitas then favre.

Hard to say. I'd rank Unitas, Montana and Young ahead of him. Those are the only three that come to mind. I might be forgetting someone.

I dont know about Young, but I would put Montana and Unitas ahead of him, He could very well be third, and is definitley top 5...Young wouldnt come anywhere near my top 5 list...

have you guys forgotten about Elway and marino? or did you leave them out on purpose?

IMO Favre is better than both of those guys.

that's hard to say. But i think those two are better than Montana, who was a product of the system.

Marino never won a superbowl, that takes away points for me. I know it probably wasn't his fault, but it seems he never could make his team better like elway and favre can (or did).

I forgot about Marino. He's definitely in my Top 3. Elway? Top 5 maybe.

It's hard to rank them in any order, but Brett would definitely be in my top 5 along with Marino, Elway, Unitas and Montana.
