I have been reluctant to pick Tulsa to avoid a jinx, but Tulsa should beat Tulane, notice I still said , should!! I feel a little sorry for Tulane and hopefully the Tulsa team doesn't share my feelings!! It would be easy for them to feel that way. I think under normal circumstances, Tulane would be very close to a .500 record, maybe even better. but alas that isn't the case. They have had anything but a normal season. They still have a pretty good defense and their QB isn't chopped liver so they are still capable of beating anybody on a given weekend. Any let down by Tulsa and we could have an upset. It wouldn't surprise me if Tulsa didn't come out with fire in their eyes and find themselves behind in the first half. Hopefully they come around and decide they don't need to feel sorry for Tulane and win the game. Personally I think they make that decision and win the game, but not by a large margin at all!!
