Watching all the basketball on TV and not a single remark this week, that I've heard, about Doherty or TU, makes me believe it probably isn't him. It would be almost unbelievable with all those talking heads, especially the one's at the games, but in studio too, that some SMALL hint about what Doherty was going to do wouldn't have sneaked out. That is just not their nature anytime. I am also not so sure if Doherty was hired he would leave after a couple of years. His experience with big money spoiled boosters, big time BB schools wasn't that good. Also, he could be the type of person, that to shove everyone's face it might look at Tulsa as an opportunity to make it a semi-Duke type basket program with him as the living legend. I think if he found out he could recruit 3-star and an occassional 4-star player to Tulsa, he could laugh at his distractors from N. Carolina and have a consistent top 25 program, with him as THE MAN. Unfortunately I don't think he is going to be the man at Tulsa???
