I am having the same problem. I suspect the system is down for upgrades or it has been hit by a virus. The other day when I opened the site my system gave me a 'virus alert' and would not open the site. Does anyone have access to the email account of the web master? If so you may want to send an email as he may not be aware that there is a problem.
