It is telling me that I am already logged in now too, any help????

I keep getting a Macromedia Flash 8 message in the chat room. The message is saying that MF8 may cause my computer to become unresponsive. I can post over here but I can't post or read anything anymore in the chat room. Anyone have a solution???
