may have to wait on that one to come to movie. little to emotional for me i think. that is one of those you watch at night with no plans of doing anything after that. scary thing about it is that it is a true story and very well could have another event like it during my lifetime.
I'd hesitate to use the words "true story" in conjunction with anything that Oliver Stone does.
I'm still pissed about the 3 hours I wasted on JFK.
even if this particular story is not "true" in the real sense of the word, there are probably several hundred stories just like this one that could have been told in a feature film. this is the first time that I, and i'm sure most everyone else on this site, will be able to completely submerse themselves in 9-11 and realize the magnitude of the event. yeah i watched hundreds of hours of news and documentaries and they were all equally emotional. but none of them were shown ground level. they were all heroic tales retold months/years later. oliver stone sucked with JFK, i agree with that, but hopefully he doesnt "f" this one up or else there will be some mad people and i would venture to say his career would be shot.

flight 93 was pretty good. it took a little while to get going though.
$10 says that stone tries to sympathize with the terrorists.

There has been some concern with Stone being the director but I heard that the movie was more about the heroes on the ground, particularly Cage's character, than the actual terrorist attack itself. Supposedly there are no conspiracy theories from Stone thrown into the movie. However, I don't think I'll see it. I don't need a reminder about the horrible things we have to deal with this day and age.
