We're talking sports, not your health and well-being. You're far from a good UAB fan. You're tolerated only because you lend some money and a seat in the crowd who may wear green (we're not even assured that).
If I were raised an Auburn fan, went to Tuscaloosa, and only gave UAT my #2 support, my survival would not be assured.
I came very close to being raised an Ole Miss fan (which I was), and then going to Starkville (a matter of a few dollars and medical resources). Do you think I would have said Hoddy Toddy anywhere near Oktibbha county? Hell NO.
I know you're thinking "Well this isn't Auburn, this is UAB." Bull *****. We don't care what the other Div 1A schools think. We see UAB as a top-tier school and we don't think it deserves 2nd fiddle from its own children.
