from the inside. Inside and back out. Some of our big men have misinterpreted it to be a "Stay Inside" offense, instead of a "Start Inside". I don't care where it starts, but I'd like it to end up outside on a number of occasions. That's where all our scorers are located.

In baseball, you don't put your weakest hitters in the cleanup position.
That's where you want one of your strongest hitters. In basketball,
you shouldn't put your shooters in positions where they don't get the basketball to shoot, but that's what we seem to do. When your best shooters are forced to throw the ball inside to begin the offense all the time, it's like batting your strongest hitter ninth in the order. He won't come up to bat as many times. Same with our offense. We're, for all practical purposes, putting our "cleanup hitters" in the ninth hitting position. They don't get as many shots as the bad shooters. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
I have no problem with looking inside first, but as we have all complained, the inside players need to be playing good basketball and if they don't have a good shot, look for the cutter or the open man.
