SBC coaches? He should be pretty close to the longest tenured coach in the league. Western and USA have changed. I believe Kermit came after Steve. Only other one who might have been around a little longer is the coach at North Texas. Seems like he's been there a fairly long time. Pappy, do you know the answer to this one?

I don't count Arrow because he was out of the league for awhile. And you can't count the Troy coach since they haven't been in the league long enough. So it looks like it's Johnson, Kermit and Steve. Sounds about right.
