My bad. I guess the Monday news has taken over me too! Sorry.

Calimari not getting his all-star recruit playing? What world is everyone living in? Of course he'll find a way. Is the NCAA even trying anymore?
In all honesty though, Wall is going to be the best player this year, no doubt. It irks me still that the pUKE fans believe he came here for their program, when he as a strong UM lean before everything happened. Oh well.....kid is amazing, though.

If Wall was at Memphis we would have a Wall/Cousins thread going for the while season because the NCAA would be dragging it's feet. That being said I'm happy the kid is getting to play. The hypocracy of the NCAA never ceases to amaze.

I honestly couldn't care less.
Oh, and this is definitely NTR.

Can he play team ball though...That is the key point.

It took the NCAA 6 months to rule on Matt Simpkins and Angel Garcia yet it only took them six days to clear John Wall. I'd love to be able to pretend that I'm surprised, but the double standard is so ridiculous and so predictable that it completely removes it. With the double standard imposed, a guy like Cal has no choice but to move to a major program in a BCS conference.

talking double standard!! west virginia player gets suspended 20 games for playing ball on a team that had a professional on it!! i just laugh at how ridiculous the ncaa is!
