I like that he's read the treaty before it's been negotiated. And we've been in plenty of treaties, was signing the SALT treaties signing away our sovereignty to the Soviets? And this guy missed two important facts: the US Senate has to ratify the treaty, Obama can't unilaterally enter us into treaties. and two, the Constitution puts treaties as supreme law of the land above all other laws. It doesn't say that treaties are supreme to the Constitution. Also, I don't think anyone from any other country has any business telling us what to do, and certainly not trying to stir up a coup or overthrow of the government.

To illustrate your point about the President signing a treaty meaning nothing without Senate approval, look at the Treaty of Versailles that President Wilson signed while in Europe, but the Senate later rejected. That is why the USA was never a member of the League of Nations even though Wilson originated the idea.
