In an interesting matchup of two undefeated teams in the New Orleans Superdome, the New Orleans Saints beat the New York Giants forty eight to twenty seven. Drew Brees had over three hundred yards and four touchdowns today. The Saints lead and took an early fourteen to nothing lead, and the Giants never really could stop the Saints when the game was in question.
It could be shaping up to be an Indy-Saints shootout in the Super Bowl. That would be awesome.
When you lose by 3 touchdowns you got more than beat.
Man I hope the Saints can keep this up. I would be totally thrilled if they could win it all this year!!!

Trust me usually the best team this time of the year usually does not make it or win the Super Bowl. The Saints look like now the most complete team in the National Football League, even the New England Patriots did not win the SB the year they were the best team during the regular season.
Game wasn't even that close. The Giants scored 10 points during garbage time in the 4th, when the Saints called off the dogs.
Geaux Saints
a friend of mine plays for the saints...im am beyond excited for him that they are doing so well!
If you look at the rest of the Saints schedule, there are very few tough games left. All I see are home games against Dallas, New England and Atlanta. They have one tough road game against Atlanta. I know it sounds nuts, but if they keep doing what they are doing, 16-0 or 15-1 is not out of the question.

They have 4 gimmies just by being in the NFC South against my Bucs and the Panthers. Can't imagine them losing to the Rams or the Skins either. The Dolphins might be their toughest remaining game if they can hold the ball like they did against Indy.

I think the New Orleans Saints record is favorable to win all their games or lose one game, but I expect them to lose two or three games by the end of the season, and to probably get the NFC number one or two seed.

Can New England Patriots defense hold up to one of the best offenses if not the best offense in the Naiional Football League, the New Orleans Saints? This could be a possible Super Bowl matchup later in the season. I know it is indeed too early to tell, but it could be a very good Super Bowl if that indeed happen in my opinion.
I actually should not be writing off the Dolphins. They are a pretty good team and could beat the Saints if NO goes in there and does not play well. Miami is 2-3, but their losses have been @ Atlanta (by 12), to Indy at home (by 4) and @ San Diego (by 20).

The Atlanta Falcons are up and down like most National Football Teams, but for the most part they are for real. Indianapolis has Petyon Manning, and without him, they lose than game by twenty in my humble opinion. The San Diego Chargers are simply better than the Miami Dolphins that week they both played. The Dolphins can give them a good matchup if Chad Henne can throw the play action passes or throw the ball deep to keep the New Orleans Saints defense honest.
The Saints do what Champions do vs. Dolphins. Major 2nd half comeback to win the game.

Congratulations to the New Orleans Saints for a hard fought victory against the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins gave away the game with turnovers, but the Saints took full advantage of the situation. Chad Henne will have growing pains since this is the first year he had. I really can't believe that Drew Brees had more rushing touchdowns than passing tds today.
Who dat?!? 6-0.... The Falcons come to N.O. next Monday night. Ought to be a good one.

The New Orleans Saints versus the Atlanta Falcons should be a good game and with all the playoff implications that game will have next week, it will decide the division. Matt Ryan versus Drew Brees will be a matchup to watch. Along with Minnesota Vikings lost last night, the homefield advantage might be decided with the Falcons and Saints game.

The Saints march on in to 7-0 with the win over the Falcons. They shouldn't have a problem getting to 10-0 when the Patriots come to New Orleans on Nov 30th.
Remaining New Orleans Saints opponents
-Sun Nov 8: Carolina (3-4)
-Sun Nov 15: @ St Louis (1-7)
-Sun Nov 22: @ Tampa (0-7)
-Mon Nov 30: New England (5-2)
-Sun Dec 6: @ Washington (2-5)
-Sun Dec 13: @ Atlanta (4-3)
-Sat Dec 19: Dallas (5-2)
-Sun Dec 27: Tampa (0-7)
-Sun Jan 3: @ Carolina (3-4)
There are a bunch of crappy opponents left on that schedule. Only three tough games left and two are those are in N.O.
I'm a Buc fan and they're an NCF South rival, but outside of their two games with us I'm rooting for them all the way.

Do you think the Bucs will win a game this season?

Hard to say. Our remaining schedule looks like this:
Green Bay
@Miami
New Orleans
@Atlanta
@Carolina
New York Jets
@Seattle
Atlanta
I think Green Bay, New Orleans, and Atlanta kill us. Miami shouldn't have too much trouble with us. I don't think we win on the road vs. Seattle either.
We had Carolina beat a couple weeks ago. Took a DeAngelo touchdown with about a minute left for them to win that game. I think there is a chance, but I highly doubt we pull the win off on the road.
If we can rattle Sanchez and do a decent job at stopping the run (which we have kind of done I believe), I actually think we can beat the Jets.
It's so hard for me to see the Bucs like this when we were Super Bowl Champs just a few years ago. Raiders fans call this life after Gruden, but at least they won a couple games a year.
I would be surprised if we didn't win a single game. I compare us more to the Miami team of Cam Cameron than the Detroit team of last year.
