Here's the new lineup, to be announced by the B10 tomorrow:

1) BCS
2) Cap One
3) Outback
4) Gator/Insight
5) Insight/Gator
6) Texas Bowl
7) Unnamed bowl to be played in Cotton Bowl stadium (Big 12 or CUSA)
8) Little Caesar's Pizza (in Detroit)

So Gator and Insight rotate 4/5, which is surprising since the Insight only paid $1.2m last time. Must have boosted its payout significantly. And the B10 still has 2 texas bowls.

We don't need another new bowl. I was hoping the bE would get the B12 8 into the St Pete bowl

Motor City at 7 wasn't used by the Big Ten most of the last couple of years and probably won't be used many of the next few at 8. On the other hand, there were 10 eligible teams one year and I don't think the Big Ten will average as many 2nd BCS teams in the next round as it did in the last. I am surprised that it doesn't outrank the new bowl in the Cotton Bowl though (especially if that is against Conference USA).
