I looked at the info for that video on the youtube site, and although it said it was form the late 80's, it had to be January 1985. It showed him saying there was "8 inches of snow in West Texas", but if you look at the radar in his forecast, it is flashing right around San Antonio. That is the only time that amount of snow has fallen around here, before or since. And it just happens to be the first day I came here to San Antonio. It was the largest snow in their hiistory, and ended up getting a few more inches.
