There is not enough information in that article. Whoever wrote it slanted the **** out of it.

if it was my daughter i would shoot the rapist then hunt down the judge and do the same to him. that judge should be removed from office yesterday.

This is what I was referring to. I don't doubt that the dude needs to burn for what he did, but I don't know what offer was on the table. So much happens behind the scenes with pleas for part of trials. I didn't understand the "in part" language.

Also, I positively don't know that states laws. I never have understood some judge's decisions. But with enough public outcry, if he is not a federal judge, this loser could be removed from the bench.

i agree with alot of what you say but the vast majority of the time i will only post if i see something wrong with part or all of someones position or argument.

i was and still am for our involvement in afganistan and iraq. my issues are more with the administrations implentation not that we went.

there are many more things we agree on you just think im a flaming leftist because i think bush is the worst president since calvin coolege and the administratin the most corrupt since grant. as bad as bush is im still glad he beat kerry. the thought of members of the ninth circuit getting on the supreme court is horrifying.
