Whoever posted that the students were excited about the game and predicted that that they would turn out today in droves should probably try to find some more reliable sources. Aside from the band, dance girls, and cheerleaders, if there were more than a two or three hundred students were at the game, they wore the best empty seats disguises I have ever seen. We were fortunate that the predicted rain didn’t materilize. With the sunny weather we had a better crowd than last weak, but I don't think it bettered even the most pessimistic estimate. I guess all of those folks who were supposed to come out and watch Joe Webb play must have spent some extra time with their crystal balls. Does anyone know what kind of home attendence a team have to average over how long a period of time to maintain Division 1A status?
the attendance rule was was dropped a few years ago
Cajun, I know you just love to come dance on our grave after a loss, but was it really necessary to start two "at least the students weren't there to see it" threads?

I mean really, c'mon.
