Is that a national writer, will be doing a story in the next few weeks, that will not be good for X.Word is a former coach of X is talking.Could be the coach he just fired, and replaced with Lebrons best friend.Kentucky fans seem concerned thats its not going to be good
Whom did he fire? I guess family only goes so far when WWW steps in.
what coach did he recently get rid of?
This guy has become a cancer.
There saying it involves a former X staff member. That a national writer has been working on it for awhile, and put the story off for a couple weeks.
Thanks Sully. Batley picked a couple real winners to work under...poor kid. So I suspect if it is a national story it is full of juicy stuff....will be interesting
Yes, the story coming is not flattering. Catspause will be melting down and we will be laughing.
As long as the story doesn't implicate Memphis, then I'm ready for it.

Strat I really really really hope you are right!! That would be so cool!
and hopefully get a JJ adn TB commitment as well in the process...wouldnt that just chap their heinys
The guy who bought my Cal bobblehead from me, is a Kentucky fan from Virginia. He emailed me and said some "bad news" is about to come out regarding Kentucky basketball. I guess he thought I cared .
haha!
Nice to know its 'Kentucky's Problem' now.
How did Brooks end up in this? Doesnt seem to make sense but I hope that this mudslinging becomes amongst UK faithful and not anyone associated with the UOM
Darn, the Karma train has become one of those fast bullet trains from France. I never thought it would run this fast!
Y'all know he did us so bad, SOOO BAD, that he was not going to get away with it.
Whatever kind of bb season we are going to have ~ and I think it's going to be a GREAT one ~ I wouldn't trade it for what is going to happen in Kensucky for a billion dollars. Just sit back and enjoy the ride. Popcorn, anyone?

Have you got a link to the Cliff Notes version?
There is some speculation out there that Cal might be under investigation soon. Don't know if it's true or not but it's floating around.
evidently someone with money has gotten tothis story... if not how come it hasnt been released yet?
I was over on Louisville's message board and they are foaming at the mouth for this. Their board will light up like a christmas tree if a sh!t storm erupts.
No pregnant pause on the 'Ville boards?
Yes, I admit that was bad...

It could be the writer trying to verify a few things before releasing it.
won't surprise me a bit if ex slithers out from under this too

From under what?
Batley is a questionable character to say the least. In between jobs he has followed players/AAU teams around quite often.
The dots have to be connected. A gentleman I know in California has helped with some connections. Stay tuned.
I wonder why the article isn't out yet? ESPN, perhaps?

It might not be Bilal Batley it could be someone like Tony Barbee.
No; you gotta kiss the Godfathers ring first.
.
ESPN wouldn't dare expose mention the article since they signed this big contract to show SEC b-ball on their programming networks. SEC b-ball sucks anyways, but it their prized possession of a team (i.e. Kensucky) is implicated of any wrong doing or if Andy Katz's butt buddy is exposed, then they will try to not talk about it for the sake of their wasted contract with the SEC anyways.
Wow. What a blessing in disguise to have X leave for Kentucky with all this crap going on. What a nightmare it would have been for us if he was still head coach. Go Coach P!

Since he was here a little more than half a year and we only got one of the recruits to stay that the ex asphole recruited. I think it would be hard to figure it would be anything to do with the Tigers. He wouldn't have been fired at UK if it had anything to do with the Tigers.
Perhaps we will learn the hidden links between WWW, Calipari, and recruits????... since WWW is technically compensated $0.00 for his work for Cal.

From what I have read from what people in the know have posted, it is not going to be anything that serious. They have compared it to Abdul Gaddy situation except with a staff member doing the calling.[/youtube]

Yes, I admit that was bad...

Two most frequently mentioned items are either tampering with former Tiger recruits or they may have goods on WW. If it is something that WW may have did then the timing could be important. While he was not associated with the university, he was associated with the coach. So if it happened before the piece of cow manure skipped town we could still be looked at. I know in one article X Henry did say he talked to the piece of manure after he had taken the KY job and had decided to ask for his release. That could be tampering by the pile of manure. But could the NCAA look in X Henry also in the deal and maybe declare him ineligible?

I thought the same thing. This guy had a connection to Cousins, then the part about Bledsoe which i read a article where he took corresponded courses and night school to get his grades.
