Who wins the game tonight at the Georgia Dome? I hate to do it but I actually got the SEC winning this game in the SEC/ACC challenge. But Alabama has a better home field advantage like last year against Clemson and Julio Jones is a beast.
Alabama's defense is one of the best in the SEC coming off a awesome year. I see the defense winning this game for the Tide.
Alabama: 27
Virginia Tech: 13
No Darren Evans equals no victory.
And I was correct. VT still had a good running back in that freshman.
How does the Bama defensive back stay in game. Putting his hands on an official should have been automatic.

Alabama beats Virginia Tech in the Georgia Dome in Atlanta Thirty Four to Twenty Four. Man, the ACC look bad with the loss by Maryland and North Carolina State this weekend as well. I know the ACC is not a power conference by any means in college football, but if Florida State loses, who will win the ACC this year and get the automatic BCS bid? I could not tell you after this first game for most of the ACC Football Teams this weekend who will win the conference.
Virginia Tech is still a very solid football team.
Taylor was very erratic tonight. I expect him to shake that off.
VT will yet again represent the ACC in the BCS.
Now I have to put up with all the Alabama fans in Birmingham for the next week...it's terrible.

The Alabama Crimson Tide should have blown out Virginia Tech Hokies, since in the first half the Hokies have only sixty eight total yards but were still ahead in the first half.
