Hope he recovers well and strong.

Here's the link to the article at Sports Network. The bowl game with Memphis was mentioned on the bottom of the article.

"Bonani, a native of Brazil, connected on 15-of-21 field goals in 2008 as a true freshman. The Bulls ended 8-5 on the year and crushed Memphis, 41-14, in the inaugural St. Petersburg Bowl."

I hope for his sake he recovers and there is no permanent damage to him, i.e he can walk and talk and live a normal life. For Bonani, playing football is going to be his last concern at this moment.
bonani is probably in a litigious mood about now.
He's in fair condition which means he's probably going to be okay. Falling into a landscaped area as opposed to the concrete or on top of something hard probably saved him from a more serious injury.

Was he working on the amusement ride as part of his job, from ESPN that is job, Bonani would have to collect worker compensation. otherwise, Bonani would sue the amusement ride company.
