Look fans.....It's about time you quit blaming Cal for the NCAA letter of inquiry that Memphis received yesterday. I am not a fan of CAL (any longer) but I sure am not against him and I am sorry to see so many of you fans saying things about him I am reading on this website. When only a few months ago he could do no wrong. Here is the way I see it.....We had a GREAT ride for 9 years and to be honest I felt at some point the University could not afford him. Nine years is a long time to have a BB coach in this day and time. Didn't all of the fans enjoy the ride? Didn't most of the fans know that a some point he would leave? Didn't he almost go to NC State, then Arkansas before he left for Kentucky? So why after being the coach with the most wins in the history of the program, taking us to the finals of the NCAA'S, winning more basketball games ever won in a season are we bad mouthing him....GIVE ME A BREAK!!! You need to bury all of ugly thingsyou are saying about him and should be ashamed of yourself. Most of you are acting like a spoiled child who can't get his way. Why can't he leave if he wants. Don't think for a minute he didn't give us his best while he was here. I have great memories of what CAL brought to the University and the City of Memphis. Do me a favor give it a rest and bury all of you animosity. Thanks, for reading this......
Are you transferring to Kentucky also?
besides him and Rc who else is to blame?
YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A POOR LOSER......and CRYBABY!!!!

sounds like you have to get off him first.
It's obvious that cal played his part in this...we know he is shady and so slick that the shat rolls right offof his slimy back...and everyone is entitled to their opinions of him.
My question is...is there really a need to attack one another here over our cal opinions?
I do agree that the buck stops with RC over both the Rose issues as well as the women's golf issues.

Were you born yesterday?
Figured you would be the first to post about 9 great years and sometimes coaches move on (it was 4 great years and this coach moved on with recruits paid for with our booster money after manipulating the system in order to recruit for ky while employed by Memphis)?
If you added something new here perhaps this would be worth it.
But your unnuanced unresearched unnecessary as well as way off base predictible tired post does not do it.
Gee willikers guys, I mean geez we won really big the last 4 years so I mean gosh geez just move on including you boosters that were manipulated and you university officials that are left holding Wes' laundary and all you others that are not in dreamy job land.
If you are ok with lying, callousness, and being taken advantage of, then yes, you are correct in your sentiments.
it's all in the facts why ppl hate cal now!!
Look Bud, Cal is a snake in the grass and you are oblivious to what has happened here these last few months. Might what to get some facts and come back.

I'm ashamed of you for writing this piece of garbage. You're entitled to your opinion but please don't tell me how I should feel. I've been on board with the Tigers for 35 years, and I take GREAT offense to some ego-maniac who tried, and is still trying as we speak to take down our program, for his own self-promotion. As in life, things change. He once was for us and now he's against us. Pretty simple. Bad is always going to trump good. He could have gone gracefully and gentlemanly but HE chose otherwise. The one thing I'm personally ashamed of is that I bought what he was selling. I wish he would just go away and let us alone.

MissJ is right budtiger. Some of the stuff may come out, but most of it probably never will. Some of it will remain gossip, and some will be proven fact.

You and your 29 posts need to ride off into the sunset.
