understand why they wait until all the kids are in school, assuming there's no league rule about when they can announce it. Something unforseen could happen with a kid between the time school is out, and the second Summer session begins. The illness of a family member. The kid decides to get married and drop out of school. A lot of possibilities. So until the kid is in school, I guess they think it's best to not release the roster. Could be other reasons, but that makes sense to me.
