Looks like Manhattan got a good one. 4 star recruit Rico Pickett originally signed with Alabama 2 years ago out of high school. Now he's finishing up at Miami Dade and had offers from UConn and Florida, but chose the school he felt "wanted him most".

Always good to hear of the little guy winning one.

It's difficult to think of a school located in "The Big Apple" being one of the little guys. But I guess they are, in the real sense of the term.
