The NJCAA came out with their Junior College All-American team. They list 10 players on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd teams and then 20 honorable mention players for a total of 50. None of our Juco signees made the list (I guess we'll never know about McBride since he was kicked off his team). The only name I recognized was Stephon Weaver, who originally signed with ASU out of high school.

Look at it this way. Maybe it's better that our guys were not honored. Maybe it will motivate them to work harder to prove themselves.

Anyone know when signing date is?
April 15th, I think.

I assume the All-American team is the best 15 players? A guy could be pretty good and not be in the top 15.

Like I thought I said in my post, the Juco All-American team is made up of 50 players. I think it includes all Jucos, except those from California who have their own Juco system.

Yes, you did. Sorry. Old eyes getting bad. But even the 51st best juco would still be a pretty good player.
