that some coaches ought to be fired if they don't win big. If Duke, UNC, Kentucky, etc. don't make it to the Final Four every other year, they ought to get the heave-ho given the level of talent they can cherry-pick.

I'm simply talking about being good enough to win a Sun Belt tournament every few years. It's not like we're asking our program to win a ACC or a SEC tournament, but a simple Sun Belt tournament. Even Arkansas State has done that one time.
