Teh suck is leet (or 733+) speak for really sh***y. leet speak was originaly a sub language developed by message board computer nerds as a letter replacement based, typed language. So, insted of E you would type 3. Insted of L you would type 7. Instead of t you would type +, or teh instead of the, and so on and so on. Leet speak was also combined with Engrish (engrish is when people for whom english is not a first language bucher it's usage. The most famous example is from the game Zero Wing for the Sega Genises where, in the opening sequence, the villian comes on the screen and says "All your base are belong to us. Make your time." Which was how the japanese programer who barely knew english attempted to say "we have captured your base, your next")

Of course, everyone that wasnt a computer nerd just laughed and them, and so now leet speak is just used for comedic affect.
So when i say Southern Miss is teh suq (or suck), it is my way of saying "Come on people talk some smack already! By the way, southern miss sucks."
