I can understand ya'll frustrations with the coach. I can. But i just get tired of you two posting the same old tired lines like the one above. Everyone knows how you two feel.

During the season, i like to stick with my coach no matter what. Why? Well, i knew they still had a chance to make a bowl and guess what? They got 1 million dollars and some espn time for it. Both you guys acted like we had nothing to play for this year after the first loss.

If the tigers want to make a change now and can honestly afford to hire a big time coach, i'll support them. The one thing i will not do is act like you and togc have done during the entire season while these guys are out there hustling and trying their best. The coaches and players deserve better from their fans. I have harshly critiqued some players and the coaches this season, but i'm not just throwing out fire tw or tw sucks or tw can't coach lines on every thread. On the same note, i have given players and coaches praise when it was deserved.

I don't really care who the coach is, truth be told. So keep west or hire whoever you want, i really am not that worried about it.

I don't care about the ocs right now.

I just want bcs. Thats it. The bowl game and the beatdown we took (though we fought hard) is a prime example of why i want bcs. It is better football, period. Its the reason i watch lots of sec games, but hardly ever watch a cusa game if the tigers aren't involved. The gap between is getting bigger and bigger. And the years keep rolling on.

Why wasn't TOGC banned?

I am still amazed that others can insult away and it's OK.

I thought that lately, TOGC had been more respectful and had even begun primarily posting on this board. Yes, I do tire of his endless obsession with getting rid of TW...

He may have done something in a PM, or after being warned, but I can only hope (and be dreaming no doubt) that others that are so quick to insult are dealt with in the same manner.

So, did the CTM get the upgrade along with the board...or do you guys all still drink the same koolaid?

Kind of the same way many of us grow tired of the SAME responses from the TW-Lovers, over and over and over and over again.

We are all frustrated, no matter the side you take, but I am glad to see that rather than pure APATHY...which is what I'm scared will soon follow if TW is allowed to stay at the helm for another couple of years.

RIGHT NOW, we are in a PERFECT POSITION to win conference titles and make the Liberty Bowl, AT LEAST.

If we go to the Big East (for example), it is tru that MANY things will improve, but also we'll be facing MUCH stiffer competition for conference titles.

I want a BCS conference as much as anyone, but there is something to be said for the spot we are currently in....and the fact that TW hasn't won an Eastern Division title says it all.

i'll go ahead and respond to this once, and then that'll be it.

i had previously moved numerous threads calling for the firing of tommy west on the main forum to the smack forum. i warned childers a month or so ago about constantly starting threads about "fire tommy west" on the main forum, and also hijacking other threads with "fire tommy west" posts on the main forum. i told him that if he wants to post it, then he needs to post it in the smack forum, NOT on the doc-finch forum. if he continued to post "fire tommy west" in the doc-finch forum, i'd have to make it so he could post ONLY in the smack forum.

he followed the request for a while. after about a month, he started back with the "fire tommy west" posts in the doc-finch forum; so i suspended him from that particular forum and told him to let me know when he thought he could post on the main forum without resorting to the constant "fire tommy west" posts and i would reinstate him.

i didn't think he would go to the c-usa board and continue with the same thing, but he did. so i removed him from the c-usa forum as well, leaving him with the right to only post on the smack forum here. admins saw what happened and banned him from the entire site for awhile. he may be back after some time or he may not.

it was never said people can't write "fire tommy west" in every post....but it won't be done on the doc-finch forum. if you think you need to say that constantly, you can say it here in the smack forum. this is exactly what was said to childers.

that's all there is to it....and now i'll lock this thread as no good can come from it with people arguing back and forth.
