I never want to hear another word about John Edward's $400 haircut.

This is, of course, different from the $180k spent on clothing.
Yeah, yeah, "legitimate campaign expense". See above re Edward's haircut which was discussed endlessly as an example of rich, out of touch candidate behavior.
Old news, I know. It's just "nasty dirty pot, meet soot covered kettle" basically.
at least Obama isn't bailing them out like he's having to do with Hillary.
To quote Dexter from
Dexter's Laboratory (pronounced: La-bore-a-tore-E): "Awe, For the sake of Pete"!
You guys won. You can stop nailin' Palin now, and McCain and Bush even for that matter. Tell the columnist who just Yesterday in the sNews was taking shots at Bush too while you're at it.
The left is starting to look like a herd of camels at the last chance oasis. Storing up for four dry years to come...
Imagine... Four years with nobody to blame but yourself...

Wow, thats a lot of cash. Too bad it all came from the Republican Election Comittee Funds. Otherwise known as Donations. If it came from the big government checkbook (like welfare and overpaid automaker bailouts) then you guys might actually have something to bitch about.
If I had to follow Palin around the country night and day and had the job of making her look as good as she did at every stop, I would want to know I was being very well compensated too. The report doesn't say if the makeup artist's compensation included all of her travel expenses, per diem, material expenses, etc.
I guess the Dem's biggest gripe is that for 250K the Republicans got a still smokin hot 44 year old Athlete and former Miss Alaska Contestant. And for 14 years the closest thing the Dems could offer is Hillary.

I totally agree the major qualifications for president or vice-president should be:
1)Looks
2)can have a beer with them
3)everthing else
Yeah. Good thing we went with the tall baritone, instead.
Dude could read a phonebook and make it sound profound.
