To all the Blazer fans I have pissed off, dissed.. insulted...I apologize.
And I want to apologize before this football season kicks off. No need for me to play games and yank chains. That is no way to promote, create, encourage or recruit future UAB fans or boost the morale of current UAB fans. UAB fans are unique as Smaug has stated before. It is hard enough to be a UAB fan, yet a UAB fan continues to mock or ignore other fans of UAB. I know I have apologized before.. then only a few months later, return to being a jerk. I think it is out of frustration of being one of the mocked UAB fans who is ignored or put down by Bama or other teams because I am a UAB alumni and fan. However, that should encourage me to support UAB even further which I am.There are alot of good people who post on this board, support the board or moderate, which I have met. And they do not deserve the antics I have displayed lately. No one has done anything to me. I have been to some Blazertalk lunches , which I have enjoyed. And met Blazertalkers at tailgates, and they have made me feel at home. I have been on this board for 4 years... and it is amazing how you know people without meeting them... it seems.
So, I want to clear the air before football kicks off Saturday. I want all UAB fans to support the program... it is your program... it is my program.. it is Birmingham's program..... and I don't want to be the thorn in the side.
