This weekend our mighty UAB Blazers will take on the high powered offensive attack of the Tulsa Golden Hurricane! Will you be there? I sure will. The weather should be nice, so leave your excuses at home and come out and support the green and gold. Invite all of your friends, co-workers, relatives! Help set the tone for the year and show the players, coaches, and university your support!

Thought so- I was being deliberately obtuse (though, I also am very excited about BBall, BUT NOT more than football).

Am I excited?!?!? This is the 1st home game opener I will have made since 1996, my last year @ UAB.
