He's got a good mix of later 80's / early 90's West Coast Gangsta rap beats that you will recognize... and some of his new slow jam beats remind me of the G-funk era music.

Nice to see he got more political this time around.... instead of all that gang bang stuff. AND FINALLY HE WISED UP and stopped talking about NWA, Dr Dre, and making classics in every rap.... finally he is on his way in growing out and up his style.

i love the bassline in bulletproof diaries. It's definitely a live bass player. I agree with Let Us Live too. Cali Sunshine is a sick track as well. The basslines on the whole album are great. It's the perfect album for the car.

This is overall musically, his best CD.

Letter to the King is a very good track as well.
