In Florida State League action tonight Tyler Henley of Palm Beach singled in the first driving in a run and homered in the 5th off Brevard County's Bobby Bramhall. However, those were the only two runs Bobby allowed as he ran his record to 4-4. Bobby went five innings, allowing six hits and a walk ad had six punchouts.

Tyler was 2-5 with two RBI and finished the night at .282.
Tyler might remember that old change 03-wink Niemann was on the frontpage of Milb tonight.

I hate to be that pitcher just ahead of Bell. Nothing like worrying about keeping your job in low to high A when a closer has thrown 39ks and 0 BB with an era less than 1.00
BTW, for those who missed Alan A.'s Rice Update from last Friday, Tyler returned to Houston on his day off mid last week to get engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Blair (a 2007 Rice grad). I was fortunate during one of my trips down to run into the couple off campus, and engaged in a nice conversation. In fact, it was the evening of Blair's graduation day. Wishing only the best to a great pairing.
