Hummel's asked to get back on, & even agreed to on good behavior but said he has been ignored by the mods. It's probably been about a couple years & you would think everyone gets a 2nd chance at some point. Seriously he could probably commit some felony's and get less time.

Good Grief. He has already served a long time. This is the only place to talk CUSA, what do you expect? Do you not expect inmates to test the fences? You were never going to give him probation anyway from what I understood from Hummell. Sucks for the other poor innocents that live in Charlotte close to him I suppose. Seems pretty extreme to me for what he did, which I didn't agree with but he apologized for & said he would tone down. Everyone probably deserves a 2nd chance, it's wasn't murder. I'm not a moderator, but I don't see posting on a message board as being a right. I see it as being a privilege. If you talk sh#% on the main board all the time and don't have the self-control to keep smack on the smack board (gee, what a concept), then you run the risk of losing your privilege. Don't bitch and moan when your ISP gets locked out if all you do is look for trouble. Just my two cents.
