First it was tire problems at Atlanta that set Tony Stewart off... then yesterdays disaster at the Brickyard 400...
NASCAR needs to dump Goodyear... it doesn't work on the COT
I think there is plenty of blame to go around...
The car is heavier and a larger % of weight is put on the right side than the previous car
INDY uses diamond grinding to make grooves in the track which eat away at the tires
Goodyear didn't bring the hardest tire compound because the drivers wanted more grip
I bet there will be a few changes before next year
