I have finally decided that I am going to get an inflatable pontoon boat. Now I just need to decide which color.

Which color would you guys choose?

Flat black.
Blazer green.

03-banghead Thanks.
Sage green is at least similar to our Blazer colors.

The pumpkin makes you look like a Vol fan.

You guys are no help. I know dang well that the two colors offered were not anywhere close to UAB colors. I was just hoping for some friendly advice. So much for getting a straight answer to a simple question.
Pumpkin, because the rescue chopper can see it easy from the air.05-stirthepot
sage is almost a blazer color
Sage, just more of a hunting & fishing color. The orange looks like a rescue flag.

That is what I was thinking. Orange would be good if I was using it for river rafting.
This poll lacks an option for green & gold.

I know it's not helpful, but you know damn well if you start a "what color?" thread you oughta expect it...

That's a slick looking boat though.
I wonder if paint will stay on the pontoons. I can always replace the padding in the seat with a Blazer seat cushion.

Believe me, if I can find some waterproof UAB decals to put on it, I will add them.
I would go for the brighter color for safety when out on the lake. A drunk power boater has a greater chance to see the orange than almost a "camo" sage. I would suggest rigging a bright flag above it for additional visibility.

Most (if not all) of the lakes I fish do not allow gas motors. They are small (5 to 10 acres) private lakes. The larger lakes that I may fish (Oak Mountain, Bibb County) do allow power boats either. Even if they do, I plan on sticking close to the bank anyway. I also plan on keeping an airhorn in the pockets.
I like the pontoon in the second (bottom) picture.
Well, thanks for everyone's input. Understanding the fact that the boat was not offered in UAB colors, I elected to go with the sage (green) color. I ordered it the other day. Once I try it out, I will let the fellow Blazer fishermen here know how it handles.
Nice, I hope she fishes well!
