this last week I flew on this box plane. It was the oddest plane I have ever flown in!

That is actually a Short 330 (military C-23)

Metro Airlines used to use that plane for the Beaumont to Houston run

American Eagle bought them out and used it for a while.



The US Army also uses it. It's designation is a C-23C

I have actually flown on this "short bus" three times the DeHavilland Twin Otter DHC-6-300

I flew this one to Beaumont from Houston back in the day




I flew on this one from Denevr Co. to Cheyenne Wy. twice.

Well i will have to send you some of my pictures then. I have flown about 30 times this year and it seems that it was quite a variety. What is the largest plane you have ever flown on? For me it was an Eva Air 747-400 which held 386 passengers. It was also the most luxurious flight I have ever taken. I paid $99 extra and had four of my flights upgraded to Evergreen Deluxe Class. What a bargain for such a long flight.

Man I would love to see those pictures. I am an airplane FREAK.

One week after a 10 crashed.

Was that the Delta Crash at DFW???? Sandra and I and the kids were supposed to be on the highway where that thing touched down short of the runway that afternoon, but we decided to wait the thunderstorm out before heading up from Irving to Lake Texoma for the weekend. When we finally got on the road, we passed right by the wreckage and were freaked out by it all.
