Memphis has a good team and we will have to put up with this until we can shut them up. I don't mind it as much because every team has their down years. Memphis' is coming and I imagine when it does all of these brave Memphis fans on this board will run and hide.
And you can't really fault Memphis for beating their women. Most of them look like men and one can easily get confused.

That is quite a leap forward for Memphis to jump from 11th (or worse) to 1st. I mean, we were in the NCAA tournament for the 3 last years before the conference break-up...so if we were 10th, where were the kings of the NIT?

Those footsteps you hear are UAB leading the rest of the C-USA as we climb up to where you are now. Like Coach Bryant showed the way to the future for the SEC in FB, Coach Calipary has shown C-USA the way to the future in BB. We are not there yet, but the trend is clearly that Memphis' years as unchallenged "King of the C-USA Hill" are numbered, perhaps to the fingers on one hand.
